Clematis sleeps 4.
This cottage is kept completely dog free.
Semi-detached, Clematis is at the bottom of a sloping driveway enabling it to have its own flower garden by the door.
You will have the private use of a picnic table and outdoor bench, both outside your window, (see picture) and the shared use of the large lawned area. This is very quiet in the school term time and freqently used for ball games in the school holidays when our guest profile changes.
The beds will be made up prior to your arrival. With a welcome tray to allow you to make that first cup of coffee or tea and hand soap / toilet paper in the bathroom, we have tried to equip all of our cottages to enable you to have a great self catering holiday.
This self catering cottage sleeps 4. There is a double room, a twin and a single – actually 5 beds allowing you sleeping flexibility but the lounge area is only equipped for 4.

Parking by your door (please note the driveway slope is quite steep, you are welcome to park elsewhere on our site if it is not appropriate for your car.
Free Wifi – we call it rural WiFi , fine for e/mails and basic searching but is not fast enough for streaming films, music etc
